George V was nearly 45 years old on his accession to the throne. The coronation took place on the 22nd June 1911, followed by another coronation in India on the 12th December 1911. The Jubilee in 1935 was very well covered by way of commemorative items and these are not rare today.
This item is a chocolate box that contained Cadburys Chocolate and in all probability was produced by the 1000. But where are they now? This one is in superb condition with quality pictures of Their Majesties in seperate wreaths. |  |
